Basic Freediver

It is an experience, the first step to taste the world of freediving.

You will learn the basic principles of freediving and focus on practicing breath holding techniques in one of Gozo's fantastic bays.

​

Duration: half day.

Euro 60

It is divided into:

​

A theoretical lesson: where you will learn the main rudiments of freediving, (physiological aspects, compensation techniques, the use of equipment and torque system for safety at sea)

A practice: where I will teach you to breathe correctly and then to hold your breath.

​

An outing in the sea: where we will have fun doing static apnea and free diving.

​

​

We will provide you with all the equipment for the duration of the experience.

To participate in this experience you will need to be in good health, have minimal water skills and be 12 years of age or older.

Freediver

The complete course par excellence that gives you the basics  fundamental to be able to develop them with experience.

​

Duration: 3/4 days

Euro 360

​

It is divided into:

Theoretical sessions, (self-study), where you will learn elements of underwater physiology and physics, safety, equipment, and various sports disciplines.

​

Practical sessions, where you will learn new breathing and relaxation techniques.

​

Sessions in the water: you will learn static apnea, free and constant weight.

​

You will be provided with all the equipment for the entire course, (fins, wetsuit, weight system, mask and snorkel).

Upon completion of the course, you will be issued a patent valid all over the world.

To enroll in a course  Freediver, you must be at least 15 years old. 

You must have adequate swimming skills and be in good health.  

​

The minimum objectives are: 

static apnea of 90 ", dynamic 25 meters and constant weight of 10 meters.

Advanced Freediver

Designed to meet your personal need to hone and improve freediving skills, allowing you to progress slowly as you learn how your body behaves during freediving.

​

Duration: 4/5 days

​

​

Consists of:

Theoretical development (self study),  on advanced freediving techniques and equipment.  

​

Practical sessions of breathing exercises (pranayama) and Zen yoga.

​

Confined water sessions to learn new ones  relaxation techniques, as well as refine static and dynamic apnea.  

​

Open water sessions to practice deeper free diving in constant weight, along with other couple procedures and rescue techniques.

​

You will be provided with complete equipment for the duration of the course.

Upon completion of this you will be issued the worldwide recognized patent.

​

To enroll in the course, you must be at least 15 years old and have a PADI Freediver certification (or be in possession of an equivalent certification from another educational organization). Additionally, you will need to have completed a course  Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care  (CPR and First Aid) 

Have adequate swimming skills and be in good health.  

​

Minimum objectives:

Static apnea 2.30 ", dynamic 50 meters, constant weight 20 meters.

Master Freediver

Through specific sessions, you will take your static apnea, your dynamic apnea, free diving and constant weight to a higher level.

​

Duration: 5/6 days

​

​

It is divided into:

Theoretical development: (self study), nutrition, relaxation, techniques  

​

advanced breathing, compensation and training schedules.

​

Confined Water Sessions: To improve static and dynamic apnea attempts, including a finless apnea dive.

​

Free water: to practice compensation with the Frenzel method and perform warm-up / control dives for free and constant weight apnea.

​

You will be provided with the complete equipment for the duration of the course.

Upon completion of the course, you will be awarded a patent recognized all over the world.

​

To enroll in the PADI Master Freediver course you must be at least 18 years old and be a PADI Advanced Freediver (or hold an equivalent certification from another educational organization). 

Additionally, you will need to have completed a course  Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care  (CPR and First Aid) 

Emergency First Response

Emergency First Response® Primary and Secondary Care teaches you what to do in the time interval between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive.

Learn how to perform CPR, provide first aid that relieves pain, evaluate a variety of injuries and illnesses, and how to practice bandaging and splinting.
