You can decide whether to participate only on the first day or deepen by doing all three days.
PROGRAM
1 DAY "Breathe"
8.30 Meeting at the Diving for registration, dressing and briefing.
9.30 Session ashore (beach, garden or terrace),
of breathing techniques and Zen gymnastics.
11.30 am Session at sea (static, aquaticity,
use equipment, free descent and zen games. )
2 DAY "Relax"
8.30 Meeting at the Diving for briefing and dressing.
9.30 Session on the ground of relaxation techniques
(yoga zen), Stretching for the freediver.
11.30 Session at sea (welcome in the Sea,
descent dal cable e leisure).
3 DAY. "Focus"
8.30 Meeting at the Diving for briefing and dressing.
9.30 Ground session with concentration techniques,
introduction of the Greeting to the Sun.
11.30 Session at sea
static, constant trim in various styles, leisure, photo e fun.
By registering for the complete internship, you will receive as a gift

at the end you will be issued the certificate
of participation Apneazen.

Including basic freediving equipment,
