APNEAZEN STAGE
Choosing freediving as a lifestyle is a great start for a very deep inner journey.
I remember the first time my friend made me try this experience at the "Christ of the Abyss" in Portofino.
At the end of the day he managed to "high-five" the submerged statue . . . and from that moment on I never stopped diving.
The desire to discover the Underwater World made me embark on a fantastic journey, rediscovering the sea that is inside me.
In this stage, I would like to share my experiences, trying to convey the feelings I still feel, with the enthusiasm of the first time.
The magical island of Gozo offers enchanting landscapes, perfect for my Zen style.
During these days, we will dedicate ourselves to sessions on the ground, in the shade of a grove or on the salt flats, where we will practice breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation in a simplistic and fun style.
We will dive to play with the sea, exploring caves, arches and shipwrecks in a blue painted frame.
And we will experience the nature that surrounds us as much as possible to the rhythm of breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
