The sea is made of water and water is an element that for us to be human is fundamental because it represents life. If you think about it, in fact, when we were in our mother's belly we were immersed in amniotic fluid, water.

 

For many psychologists, exposure to electromagnetic waves that arise from the blue color, from the color of the sea, help us sleep better, think better and manage our emotions more wisely: it is called blue mind, an almost meditative state of calm serenity that seems to light up when we are in front of the sea.

Perhaps it is for these reasons that I immerse myself in its waters both in apnea and with the help of air tanks.
