THE SPIRAL
The spiral represents the infinite movement of life. It starts from the center to go outwards, towards something that should end but which in reality never ends, becomes invisible to our eyes and our perception. Here the symbol explains how evolution never ends and that change can take place ONLY through a movement. And here from outside the movement can turn inside allowing the process to re-start. To reflect: • so inside, so out • so big, so small • the end is always a new beginning Message for the Soul: You are probably overflowing with energy that must be "digested", expressed, left out so that you can continue to grow. The time has come to take action, calmly but constantly, thus reversing the flow from the outside to inside from inside to outside.
History
After a rainy day, I went out for a walk on the salt pans, the air was clean, light, I could perceive small energies, I smiled;
I began to sing softly and to move my arms and little by little I found myself in a square to dance, twirling on myself with the same joy and freedom of a child.
I found myself at Reqqa point, my favorite place.
I came here often to be a bit 'quiet: the morning to practice yoga, the night to play the flute and look at the stars.
It was my second home also underwater where I often dived in apnea playing in the cave with the fish.
I stopped looking at everything around me ... so many scattered stones that they needed, like me to find a logic.
I took one almost at random and placed it in the center of this square and stone by stone, without a hurry I began to form a kind of spiral.
Each stone that rested on the ground charged me with serenity and joy.
I stayed there until the sunlight disappeared. Get on a plateau to look at another perspective the artistic work I had started, a sigh and a lot of satisfaction.
In the days that followed, I began to overlap three stones to form a circle of 108 of them. A mystic number that gave him an identity.
After a few days, returning to the place I realized that someone had added a little randomly to the other stones and patiently tried to fix them to my taste.
In the months that followed, my task was to correct the stones that the passers-by were resting on every day. Ever larger, big to see it from the airplane window!
It had become almost an ironic mission, strange but I could guess the character of each person who made a pyramid of stones, from where and how it rested and from the size.
Unfortunately the stone balance is an art that does not last forever as in the Zen gardens ... they are built and then destroyed because everything is movement and everything is transformed.

One day in early spring I went back to put my Zen Temple in order, but someone ... had thought of destroying it.
I was very ill, I did not even have the strength to take a pebble in my hand.
I wondered why this action.
The people who knew me now stopped me saddened to tell me that everything was destroyed.
I had no intention of doing it again until some friends asked me if they could help me rebuild it.
More people, more strength!
After a few seconds of hesitation, I accepted.
Create an event on the media to invite as many friends as possible.
On that day I met many new people who with a smile, stone by stone helped me to rebuild it.
What a beautiful experience!
The circle of life is infinite and every day teaches us new things.
Today I leave it to the passers-by to pose the stones to their liking, forming a work made of a thousand different styles each with its own personality.
When you pass this way, stop to look more closely at this place and if your smile widens it means that you will have understood the Secret.

Many asked me how I took the measurements or what technique I used.
Stop, close your eyes and breathe, here's the secret!
Take all the time and enjoy the present: here and now.
Only in this spiritual condition can positive energy be created.
They are the stones that choose you. . . put them down slowly and feel their balance, their warmth, walk backwards and stop to meditate.
Step by step, stone by stone, the energy increases, always bigger, louder ... towards the infinite.

Strange but true.
Other people, they feel attracted when they pass near the temple and want to participate by laying other stones.
Every time I return to meditate, I look at its transformation, its continuous movement and for every new stone, I smile because depending on where and how they are positioned you can understand the character of the person.
ego, supportive, generous, irascible and many others.

Curiosity

Walking through the salt pans, I picked up a piece of paper perhaps because I needed to also order my mind. Precisely in that place I saw so much disarray and began to move stones as attracted by a magnet ... these slowly formed a spiral. Now it was more tidy or just a feeling of mine, but this made sense of my day. Use my energy to create something beautiful.
Over time I used this place to meditate, do yoga or just watch and feel the sea that served as a base for my nighttime flute concerts.
He discovered that just below the circle there was a large underwater cave and, looking from above, this work harmonized the bay of Reqqa point. Once returning from Italy I looked out the window of the plane, I did not believe my eyes could also be seen from the sky!
So many coincidences that made me fond of this magical site.
Leave also a little positive energy, placing three stones (mind, body and spirit) in this area, respecting the Spiral.
Now like everyone in all Zen monuments, there is only the energy of the Universe left
